Your orders are delivered to our contracted cargo company within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after bank approval is received. Although delivery times vary depending on your location, the cargo company usually delivers your order to your address within 1–3 business days.

In the event of a delay caused by our company, our valued customers will be informed via the contact information registered in the system. Therefore, it is very important that your membership information is complete and accurate. No deliveries are made on official holidays and public holidays.

An automatic order confirmation email is sent to you regarding the products you have purchased. If the product you ordered is not in stock, information on the matter will be sent to you via email, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be shared.

Since our online shopping system serves multiple users simultaneously, there is a rare risk of stock depletion if the same product is purchased by more than one person at the same time. In such cases:

• If the product cannot be supplied despite payment, the delivery period can be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 30 days.

• If the product cannot be supplied within this period, the payment made will be refunded to you.
