Universal İstanbul Kozmetik Paz. Tic. A.Ş. created the New Well brand with over 35 years of experience, excelling in color cosmetics and hair care. After domestic and international wholesale, it began establishing stores through a franchise system. While offering quality and variety with its wide product range, it aims for sustainable quality through technology and R&D investments in its production facilities. The R&D team maintains high standards by testing product safety at every stage of production. The brand exports to many countries, primarily in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. It reinforces its reliable position in the industry by operating with quality and education awareness in its production and employment processes.

Our Corporate Statement on No Animal Testing
As New Well, due to our sensitivity towards animal rights, we do not test the products we manufacture on animals. In this regard, we do not have our own animal testing facility, and we do not request other companies to conduct animal tests on our behalf. As New Well, we would like to state that we are against animal testing of our products and that we show all necessary sensitivity regarding this issue. As New Well, we conduct our product tests with volunteers or subject our products to laboratory tests. We also convey our sensitivity on this issue to the companies and suppliers with whom we cooperate in the production processes and advise them not to conduct animal tests.
Franchise Procedure
As New Well, with over 35 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, we continue our investments both in Turkey and abroad without slowing down. In this regard, with our new factory established in Arnavutköy in 2021, we have significantly increased our production capacity and are fully supplying products to 5 continents.
In the new period, we aim to grow further by granting franchises to skilled entrepreneurs who dominate the cosmetics industry at home and abroad through Street and Mall Retailing.
