Warranty and Return Conditions

All products sold on Newwell.com.tr are under New Well's warranty. For New Well warranty conditions to be valid and for you to benefit from the warranty conditions, you must check your order upon delivery. If you observe any damage to your order during delivery, you must record a report regarding this issue and refuse to accept the order. If you do not record a report, you will be deemed to have accepted that the shipping company has fully performed its duty after the order has been received, and in this case, you cannot complete the product return process. Changes made by the consumer to the order, such as the consumer damaging the order, are outside the scope of New Well's warranty.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return a product you purchased from newwell.com, you must deliver it to the cargo company within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without damaging/spoiling or using it, as per Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in the condition you received it.

As per the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, returns are not possible for products prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as makeup products, personal care products, disposable products, products that are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass, if opened by the consumer.https://www.resmigazetesi.gov.tr/eskiler/2014/11/20141127-6.htm

For products such as shampoo, shower gel, cologne, deodorant, nail polish, mask, etc., even if the packaging is unopened, returns cannot be processed due to hygiene reasons as per the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts.

Products with damaged original boxes/packaging (e.g., original box/packaging torn, placed in a different box/packaging) are not accepted. Returns of products that have lost their economic value, are no longer resalable, have been used by the consumer even for testing purposes, have been damaged, or cannot be purchased by another customer due to reasons not caused by the Seller, etc., are not accepted.

Returns of products purchased through the internet address can only be made if the protective coverings of the product, such as its original box/packaging, are not damaged by the consumer. Discounted and gift products are also subject to these conditions.

Returns of products purchased through the internet website cannot be made through our own stores or dealers. Likewise, returns of products purchased through our stores or dealers cannot be made through the internet website.

You must send the product you wish to return with any gifts, user manuals, etc., that came with it, along with its invoice.

You can return products without paying shipping fees and receive a refund for the returned products. Payments made to you for returned products only cover the product price; if you paid a shipping fee during the order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

After the returned products reach us, it may take up to fourteen (14) days to examine the received product, process it, and create a payment request. After New Well has processed your refund, the reflection of the refund in your account may vary depending on the bank you used for payment.
